                        Each room has fresh towels a Power Shower, Tea and Coffee making          

                        facilities and the latest flat screen TV.

     

                   Room 7 - 18ft x 9ft (15 Sq Mtr), Suitable for 4 Adults

                   + Child Cot (Not provided)

 

                   Room 6 - 13ft x 8ft (9.6 Sq Mtr)

 

 

                   Room 5 - 16ft x 7.5ft (11.2 Sq Mtr)

 

     

                   Room 3 - 12ft x 8ft (8.92 Sq Mtr)

    Important room and booking notes -

•     Each of the above rooms all have ensuite facilities.

• ​​    No pets are allowed.

•     No smoking is allowed in the rooms.  However, there are some open air areas we can       advise you on.

•     Wifi is available in all rooms and public areas and is free of charge.

•     Infants under 3 years of age are welcome and can share existing bedding free of                 charge.

•     Children aged 13-15 can stay in rooms for 50 percent of the adult rate.

•     Guests aged 16+ are subject to the full adult rate.

•     Advanced bookings can be guaranteed with a Debit or Credit card.  No fee is                       applied for using a card for securing or paying for your room. 

•     If the booking is cancelled less than 1 day before arrival, then a charge equal to the full     booking amount will be made.

•     In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the         booking is charged.​

•    All groups are accepted.

•    Check in time starts at 10am.  Last check in 8pm.

•    Check out is between 12 noon.
